Seiri Fincas llevará el ciclo de cada comunidad de propietarios: los recibos del periodo, el banco cuadrado, los impagos perseguidos y la junta preparada. Lo que la ley reserva a una persona —el acta, los certificados de deuda— lo deja listo para el presidente y el secretario.
Seiri Fincas will run the cycle of each homeowners' community: the period's fees, the bank reconciled, arrears chased and the meeting prepared. What the law says a person must sign —the minutes, debt certificates— it leaves ready, and whoever is responsible signs it.

- Emitirá los recibos del periodo y repartirá las cuotas de cada comunidad.It will issue the period's fees and split the shares of each community.
- Cuadrará los cobros del banco y gestionará las devoluciones.It will reconcile bank payments and handle returned direct debits.
- Perseguirá los impagos, con el tono y los plazos que marques.It will chase arrears, with the tone and deadlines you set.
