Anything that does not add up always asks you. The IBAN on an invoice is never written into your ERP, and if it is not that supplier's usual one, it warns you.

Subes el fichero a tu banco y lo autorizas allí, con tu clave: Seiri no mueve dinero. Un pago a una cuenta nueva o distinta de la de siempre te lo pregunta siempre, sea del importe que sea, y te recuerda llamar al proveedor a un teléfono que ya tuvieras.

You upload the file to your bank and authorise it there, with your key: Seiri does not move money. A payment to a new account, or one different from the usual, always asks you, whatever the amount, and reminds you to call the supplier on a number you already had.

An annual return that does not match the quarterly ones, or an invoice that arrives late, is discovered when the agency writes.

  1. Hace los cruces que hace la Agencia: el 190 contra los 111, el 180 contra los 115 y el 349 contra el 303.It runs the cross-checks the agency runs: the annual withholding returns against the quarterly ones, and intra-EU sales against the VAT return.
  2. Si llega tarde una factura de un trimestre ya aprobado, te dice qué casillas cambian y si toca rectificativa o complementaria.If an invoice from an already approved quarter arrives late, it tells you which boxes change and whether a corrective return is needed.
