  • La petición de pilotoThe pilot request: tu nombre, tu gestoría, tu correo, cuántos clientes llevas, el programa y cuándo te viene bien la llamada. La base es atender tu petición antes de un posible contrato (RGPD, art. 6.1.b). No te apuntamos a ninguna lista.your name, firm, email, how many clients you have, the software and when a call suits you.   • El piloto, si lo firmamosThe pilot, if we sign it: los libros y las facturas que nos des para rehacer el trimestre. La base es el contrato de encargado. Seiri no presenta, no paga y no guarda tu certificado.the books and invoices you give us to rerun the quarter. The basis is the processing agreement. Seiri does not file, does not pay and does not keep your certificate.

Cuánto tiempoFor how long

La petición de piloto se guarda mientras la atendemos y se borra si nos lo pides. Los datos del piloto, al terminar, según el contrato: se borran, con un justificante sin datos personales.The pilot request is kept while we handle it and deleted if you ask. Quién más los veWho else sees them

La petición de la web (nombre, gestoría y correo, no los libros) la recibe el borde de esta web para mandarla a hello@seirilabs.com. El alojamiento del producto, cuando se contrate, será en la Unión Europea: el proveedor aún no está elegido y se añadirá aquí antes de usarlo.The request from the site (name, firm and email, not the books) is received by this site's edge to send it to hello@seirilabs.com. No calcula casillas ni presenta. La Agencia Tributaria no es un subencargado. Si el despacho lo enciende, el fichero del modelo se manda a su servicio de validación de pruebas (prewww2.aeat.es, ServValiDos): comprueba el fichero, no presenta y no tiene efectos. Holded, Odoo, a3 o Sage son los programas del despacho, no los nuestros.The Tax Agency is not a subprocessor.
